Replaced bastion hosts with SSM, enabled observability via CloudWatch, Splunk, Dynatrace. Architecture, Terraform IaC, and Azure App Services/API deployments with high‑availability design.

    Scope: Managed multi-account AWS transitions with role-based IAM, cost governance, and IaC. Automated ETL/data workflow deployment using Terraform/Python. Delivered training, troubleshooting, and lifecycle cloud operations support.

  • Contract Type: Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ)
    Scope: Architecture, deploy and operate secure, resilient AWS GovCloud environments—including EKS/IaC/Secure Networking/Multi-region DR—with GitOps pipelines and observability.
    Program Management: Provided senior-level engineering, sprint oversight, disaster recovery design, centralized logging/monitoring (SSM, Lambda, CloudWatch), and Kubernetes E2E testing.

    Scope: Stabilized AWS production environments, led incident management. Migrated Rancher to Kubernetes, implemented Velero-based disaster recovery and PV migrations. Automated fault detection and remediation pipelines.
